David W.  Ross has over 40 years of experience in executive and project management, information systems, communications, and systems test and evaluation for government organizations and commercial companies. He has led the successful start-up of three service and technology businesses and held senior management positions in major corporations. Mr.  Ross received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Northeastern University. An active member of the Project Management Institute since 1993, he earned his Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification in 1994 and was one of the first to be certified as a Program Management Professional (PgMP)® in 2007.  He has been an adjunct faculty member of Antioch University since 2004, teaching a variety of courses in project management and corporate strategy.  Selective highlights of Ross’ work include the following:

Gary J.  Sikma is a transformational change leader who has provided vision to the strategic planning process and who ties complexity of information technology to business needs. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience in government, for-profit, and not-for-profit organizations in healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, customer service, and intelligence. He has developed and turned around enterprise project management offices (EPMOs) for multiple organizations. He has been an active member of PMI since 2003 when he was instrumental in starting the PMI Sioux Empire, South Dakota Chapter and earned his Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification. Nick Clemens

Nick Clemens is the lead program management instructor at Addx Corporation where he provides support to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Nick draws from his extensive experience of over 25 years as a director and program manager delivering in-depth course materials and providing an often-stimulating class experience. His multicultural relational skills gained while managing complex multinational efforts translates well into the classroom environment where he teaches and mentors individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Nick oversees the delivery of over 35 classes serving some 900 students annually. As the senior courseware subject matter expert, Nick works with high-level DHS principals and their staffs to support the career and certification training for all DSH program managers. He instructs at all levels of career development to include mentoring of senior-level program and portfolio managers as part of the department’s capstone senior class. Selective highlights of Clemens’ work include the following:

  • Supervised a dispersed training team of 10 individuals consisting of senior program managers, course development personnel, and a technical editor
  • Provided engineering support as a chief systems integration engineer and was a key author of the Joint Tactical Radio System Program Office’s strategic plan
  • Chaired an aircraft datalink technical working group and the program office’s capstone integrated logistics support plan integrated product team
  • Directed the establishment of a complex multi-site communication, command and control system involving multicultural management within the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Southern Command
  • Chaired many high-level multinational coordination boards and technical working groups for NATO and the U.S.government.
  • Held a U.S.government Level III Acquisition Program Management certification and was a member of the Department of Defense Acquisition Corps

She has held leadership positions in a number of geographies specializing in enterprise transition/transformation/exit and proactive risk management. She was a member of the core committee for  PMI’sStandard for Portfolio Management– Fourth Edition, has contributed to PfMPexam development, and has been an SME reviewer for the forthcoming PMI risk standard.   • Leadership of large teams of architects, engineers,and operational personnel on leading-edge infrastructure and client applications solutions within UK&I and APJ regions

Professor Te Wu is an academic and a professional with over 25 years of work experience helping businesses to improve their strategy execution, over 15 years of teaching experience empowering students with management knowledge and skills, and now over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur. His core belief is that most organizations and people have more ideas than they can successfully tackle. Thus, his recent work has focused on “getting the right things done, in the right way.”  In his professional journey to date, he grew from the shop floor to leading hundred million-dollar portfolios.  He is a researcher, author, speaker, teacher, and also a practitioner.
